Announcement of personnel changes

HOSE would like to announced the personnel changes as follows:

1. On December 19, 2011, the Finance Minister signed Decision 3068/QD-BTC to appoint members of the Board of Directors of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange:

- Mr. Tran Dac Sinh: Chairman of the Board of Directors

- Ms. Phan Thi Tuong Tam: Deputy Chairwoman of the Board of Directors

- Mr. Le Hai Tra: Member of the Board of Directors

- Effective date: December 19, 2011

2. On December 19, 2011, the Finance Minister signed Decision 3069/QD-BTC to appoint Deputy Chairwoman Phan Thi Tuong Tam as CEO of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

- Effective date: December 19, 2011.
