- Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Dinh Hung from the positions of Deputy CFO and Chief Accountant and the authorized information disclosure staff as from December 26, 2011
+ Mr. Nguyen Viet Doan was appointed as Chief Accountant as from December 26, 2011
+ Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh – Deputy CEO was appointed as the authorized information disclosure staff as from January 02, 2012.
