Bentre Aquaproduct Import And Export Joint Stock Company has announced the BOD’s resolution of personnel change as follows:

Article 1: Approving a resignation of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung from the Deputy CEO.

Article 2: Appointing Mr. Bui Kim Hieu and Mr. Phan Huu Tai as Deputy CEO

The effective date of this resolution is January 10, 2012.
