Vinavico JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 03/01/2012 as follows:

Approving the project of establishing of Luc Yen Marble JSC and plan of capital distribution: To contribute VND38 billion to establish Luc Yen Marble JSC with headquaters in Tan Lap ward, Luc Yen district, Yen Bai province. The rate of contribution: 95% of Charter Capital equaling 3,800,000 shares at Luc Yen Marble JSC.

Nominating Mr. Mai Hong Bang – General Manager to be representative for the capital valued VND38,000,000,000, equaling 3,800,000 shares.
