On January 09, 2012, according to the decision No 01/2012/BB-HDQT of the Board of Directors, Long Giang Investment and Uban Development Joint Stock Company announce a personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Hanh Tinh from the position of Deputy CEO as January 09, 2012

- Mr. Mai Hoang Anh was appointed as Deputy CEO as from January 09, 2012.
