VCF: Extraordinary meeting of shareholders 2011

Vinacafé Bien Hoa JSC (HOSE: VCF) announced the resolution of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders 2011 dated October 27, 2011:

- Article 1: The Meeting approved the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang from the Board of Supervisors and appointed Mr. Huynh Thien Phu to the Board of Supervisors in term 2010-2014

- Article 2: The Meeting approved the change of the Board of Directors in term 2010-2014 from 07 members to 11 members.

- New members of the Board of Directors:

• Mr. Dinh Quang Hoan

• Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang

• Mr. Truong Cong Thang

• Mr. Doan Dinh Thiem

- Article 3: This resolution shall be effective from October 27, 2011.
