SBT: Extraordinary general meeting of shareholders notice

On December 07, 2011, Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh (HOSE: SBT) declared the cancellation of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.

- The Meeting was expected to be held in December 2011. However, during the negotiation with partners about the convertible bond issuance there had been some problems affecting shareholders’ benefit, so the Board of Directors of SBT decided to suspend cooperation and cancel the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
