CMT: Information disclosure violation

Violation of information disclosure requirement of treasury stock trading in Information and Networking Technology JSC (HOSE: CMT) as follows:

- Information and CMT bought 55,230 unit of its treasury stock from November 01, 2011 to November 21, 2011 without announcement. However, from September 23, 2011 to November 21, 2011, CMT bought treasury stock with quantity in versions, which has not regulated on trading treasury stock.
