ST8: Extraordinary meeting of shareholders notice
Sieu Thanh JSC (HOSE: ST8) announced the resolution of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders dated December 23, 2011 after consulting shareholders:
Article 1: Approving the plan that Sieu Thanh JSC will pay 10% in cash for the second dividend payment of 2011
- Financial resource for the payment: Undistributed profit after tax
Article 2: This resolution shall take effect from December 23, 2011.
