PPC: Resolution of the BOD

On December 20, 2012, the Board of Directors of Pha Lai Thermal Power JSC (HOSE: PPC) unanimously approved the commitment of capital support for Srepok 4A Hydropower Project:

- As a shareholder of Buon Don Hydropower Joint Company (BDHC), Pha Lai Thermal Power JSC will not transfer its shares in BDHC if lenders do not agree, from the date of this commitment to the finish date when all money of credit agreement is paid completely;

- Pha Lai Thermal Power JSC and other shareholders relating to EVN will invest in BDHC with capital contribution or additional loans in order to ensure cash resource in the future and BDHC’s solvency.
