On December 19, 2011 the Board of Directors of Godaco Seafood JSC (HOSE: AGD) unanimously decided to organize the 2011 extraordinary meeting’s shareholders to consult shareholders about issuing shares to strategic shareholder and approving the resignation of Mr. Truong Thanh Dung from the Board of Directors
