DAD: Board Resolution on dividend payment 2011

Da Nang Education Development and Investment JSC (HNX: DAD) announced the Board Resolution approved on 02/12/2011 as follows:

1. Dividend payment 2011

- Expected exercise rate: 16% (Increase 1% compared with 2011 plan)

+ The first dividend payment: 7%

+ The second dividend payment: 9% ; Expected exercise date: Quarter I/2012

2. Assigning Management Board and Chief Accountant to find the bank to sign loan procedures . However, The company has chosen the bank as Vietinbank, Vietcombank, BIDV, Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank in Da Nang to sign the contract of loans.
