+ Exercise rate: 10% (shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every share they own)

+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited
- For undeposited shares: Department of Finance – Accountance of Song Da 4 JSC at 3th floor, TM building, Van Khe urban area, La Khe, Ha Dong district, Hanoi city on working days since 29/12/2011. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
