PTB: Dividend payment in stock & bonus shares notice
Phu Tai JSC (HOSE: PTB) announced the record date to close shareholder list:
- Stock symbol: PTB
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: December 20, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on December 20 & 21, 2011, sellers will not receive rights)
- Record date: December 22, 2011
- Purpose: To pay the dividend installment in stock, issue bonus shares to the existing shareholders
• The dividend payment in stock:
- Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 10 new shares as dividend). The volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (If any) will be cancelled
For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 115 shares, the calculation will be: 115 shares x 10% = 11.5 shares. After rounding down, the number of dividend he receives will be 11 shares
Estimated issue volume: 859,976 shares
• Issuing bonus shares to the existing shareholders
- Expected issue volume: 2,111,241 shares
- Exercise ratio: 1: 0.2455 (A shareholder owning 01 share will get 01 right, 01 right will receive 0.2455 shares)
- The bonus share volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (If any) will be cancelled
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 100 shares, the calculation will be: 100 x 0.2455 =24.55 shares. Therefore, he will receive 24 shares

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Phu Tai JSC. 278 Truong Thi Dinh, Quy Nhon city.
