CAD: Selling shares in Cadovimex2

According to the resolution of the 2011 Annual General Meeting of Cadovimex Seafood Import-Export And Processing JSC (HOSE: CAD), the Board of Directors was authorized to choose buyers, selling time and selling price (not lower than VND10,000/share) to sell 4,086,600 shares in Cadovimex2 in order to raise the Company’s working capital.

- CAD signed a contract to sell shares to Mr. Bui Tat Phuong at VND10,250/share. The contract was expected to be completely paid in October 2011.
