VNF: Business operational notice

In October, 2011, Member Council of Vina Global Air Express Company Limited (VAX global) decided to dissolve its company which is associated company of Vinafreight International Freight Forwarders JSC (HNX: VNF) (Accounting for 40% of capital)

- In September, 2011, Vinafreight International Freight Forwarders JSC contributed capital to Nissin Logistics Company Limited. Main business lines of this Company are proving transport service, logistic service (According to Board Resolution of 2010 approving before the Company listed its shares on HNX)

- In November, 2011, Vinafreight International Freight Forwarders JSC contributed capital to United Arab Shipping Agency (Vietnam) Company Limited. Main business lines is providing service of sea transport (According to the Board Resolution of 2010 approving before the Company listed its shares on HNX.)
