Hai Minh Corporation (HNX: HMH) announces the Board Resolution approved on 03/11/2011 as follows:
1. Approving the first 9 months of 2011 and plan of 3 months of 2011
2. Approving Second dividend payment 2011 in cash with exercise rate of 5%. Assigning Management Board to carry out activities related to dividend payment
3. Executing model of ratio of salary based on profit through 31/12/2011
4. Plan for buying one empty forklift
5. Liquidating old container to be not used
6. Restructuring management structure of the company
- Mr.Phung Van Quang has been appointed Chair of the Board
- Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung has been resigned Chair of the Board
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong has been resigned Manager
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong has been appointed Manager of Business
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong has been resigned Deputy Manager
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong has been appointed Manager of Finance
- Mr. Tran Doan Vien has been appointed North of Regional Manager
7. Assigning North of Regional Manager to complete application for Construction License, Executing office Bulding plan in Hai Phong
8. Assigning Management Board to carry out procedures related to change information on Business License.
