Thai Hoa Viet Nam Group JSC (HN: THV) announces the Board Resolution approved on 25/10/2011 as follows:
1. Approving list of shareholders recorded on 18/10/2011 for dividend payment by shares (2,749,995 shares).
2. Approving the cancellation of odd lot shares in the seasoned issue for dividend payment.
3. Charter capital after the seasoned issue is VND577,499,950,000.
