VC2: Dividend payment and seasoned issue notice
Vietnam Construction JSC No.2 (HNX: VC2) announce its Dividend payment and seasoned issue notice as follows:

+ For T+3 transactions: 08/11/2010
- Reasons:
1. First dividend payment in advance of 2011 in cash
+ Exercise rate: 15% (Shareholders receive VND 1,500 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 26/12/2011
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited
- For undeposited shares: Vietnam Construction JSC No.2 on working days from 26/12/2011. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above
2. Seasoned issue

- Stock type: Common
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of shares to be issued: 4,000,000 shares
- Subject of the issue: Outstanding shareholders in the list on the record date
- Exercise rate: 1.97:1 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 100 new shares for every 197 shares they own. Number of shares received will be rounded down to unit digit). Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Time for transfer of purchase rights: From 25/11/2011 to 21/12/2011
- Time for registration and payment: From 25/11/2011 to 23/12/2011
- Purchase rights can be transfered once only
