+ For T+3 transactions: 11/11/2011
- Reasons: First Dividend payment in advance of 2011 in cash
+ Exercise rate: 8% (Shareholders receive VND 800 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 01/12/2011
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited
- For undeposited shares: Vinaconex Trading and Manpower JSC on working days from 01/12/2011. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
