SHS: Business operational notice
On 15/11/2011, the State Securities Commission announced the administrative punishment applied to the connected institution An Sinh Industrial Investment JSC (HNX: SHS) as follows:
- Name of listed company: Saigon - Hanoi Securitities JSC
- Name of the connected institution: An Sinh Industrial Investment JSC
- Name of PDMR/Director in the listed company: Mr. Nguyen Cong Su
- Position in the listed Company: Director
- Administrative violation of connected institution: On 07/03/2011, the connected institution registered for selling 900,595 shares of SHS from 15/03/2011 to 13/05/2011. However, only until 16/06/2011 did the HNX receive document of the company explaining reasons for not carrying out transactions. Thus, the connected company was late for reporting reasons as regulated in Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on information disclosure on the securities market
- Fine for this violation: VND40,000,000
- Within 10 days since the reception of this Decision, An Sinh Industrial Investment JSC is requested to abide by this decision. Else, the company will be enforced to pay the fine. The amount shall be sent to account No.920.90.003 at the Hanoi State Treasury
- Effective date of this decision: 15/11/2011. Within 3 days, this Decision will be sent to An Sinh Industrial Investment JSC and the State Treasury.
