NST: Business Operational Explanation

According to the Financial Statement Quarter III/2011, profit before tax of Quarter III/2011 was VND 18,783,125,614 with an increase of VND 11,567,773,242 (160%) year on year. Ngan Son JSC (HNX: NST) explained the increase in operating result in Quarter III/2011 as follows:

- Selling revenue increased by VND 112,588,357,987 equaling 32.5% year on year

- In 2010, the Company mobilized capital by issuing 3 million of shares so interest expenses decreased by VND 2,640,124,201 year on year.
