NET: Business Operational Explanation
According to the Financial Statement Quarter III/2011, profit after tax decreased by VND 10,906,594,627 equalling 46.7%. Net Detergent JSC (HNX: NET) explained the decrease in operating result in Quarter III/2011 as follows:
- Gross sales of merchandise and services decreased by VND 30,147 billion and cost of goods sold decreased by VND 20,881 billion so gross profit reduced VND 9,266 billion
- Financial revenue decreased by VND 812 million and financial expenses increased by VND 23 million, which made profit decrease VND 835 million
- Selling expenses increased by 1,563 billion, general and administration increased by VND 208 million, which made profit decrease by VND 1,771 billion
- Other income increased by VND 233 million and other expenses increased by VND 220 million which made profit increased by VND 13 million.
