IDI: Explanation for business result in QIII/2011

International Development & Investment Corporation (HOSE: IDI) has explained the fluctuation in profit after tax in QIII/2011 compared to QIII/2010:

• Profit after tax in QIII/2011 was VND20,048,740,680 decreasing 37.26% from QIII/2010, because of the following reasons:

• In Quarter III/2010, the Company had revenue and income from construction activities and profit in QIII/2010 rose sharply, while profit this year was mainly from processing and exporting aquatic products

• Price of tra fish material increased 5 % - 10% and made the cost of goods sold increase and profit from sales decrease.
