Thien Truong Power Equipment Investment and Construction JSC (HNX: KTT) announces changes in the Management Board as follows:

- Mr. Mai Vu Thach and Mai Tung Lam have resigned from Director with effect since 27/10/2011

- Mr. Hoang Anh Tu has been appointed Chair of the Board in place of Mr. Hoang Huu Tuan with effect since 27/10/2011

- Mr. Hoang Huu Tuan has been appointed Director cum Manager in place of Mr. Mai Vu Thach with effect since 27/10/2011

- Mr. Hoang Huu Tuan has been appointed Information disclosure Officer of the Company with effect since 27/10/2011

- Mr. Nguyen Quoc Binh and Ms. Tran Van Anh have resigned Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 26/10/2011.
