Hoa Binh Mineral JSC (HNX: KHB) announces the Board resolution on 31/10/2011 as follows:

- Ms. Do Cam Thuy has been appointed Chair of the Board in place of her late husband Mr. Doan Quoc Tuan with effect since 01/01/2011

- This appointment will be reported in next General meeting of shareholders.
