LM8: Personnel Change

Lilama 18 JSC (HOSE: LM8) announced personnel changes as follows:

1. Mr. Vu Duc Chung resigned as Chief of the Board of Supervisors as from October 31, 2011.

Therefore, the Board of Supervisors at present includes:

• Mr. Pham Tuan Anh: Member

• Ms. Duong Thu Hong: Member

2. LILAMA, the parent company of LM8, appointed Mr. Do Xuan Truong to the Board of Supervisors of LM8 and recommended Mr. Do Xuan Truong to replace Mr. Vu Duc Chung as Chief of the Board of Supervisors of LM8

LM8will recommend Mr. Do Xuan Truong to the Board of Supervisors as well as Chief of the Board of Supervisors at the 2012 Annual General Meeting.
