PV2: Change in Management Board

PV2 Investment JSC (HNX: PV2) annouces change in Management Board as follows:

1. Cancelling the BOD’s Decision No. 47/QĐ –HĐQT on 24/10/2011 which appointed Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thuong to be Chief Accountant of PVI Investment and Development JSC.

2. Ms. Nguyen Thuy Linh has been appointed Chief Accountant in place of Mr. Phan Xuan Thang with effect since 01/11/2011.
