PV2: Board Resolution on changes in key members

PV2 Investment JSC (HNX: PV2) announces the Board Resolution approved on 24/10/2011 on the changes in key members as follows:

• Mr. Le Minh Tuan has been dismissed from Deputy General Manager since 26/10/2011. Mr. Tuan is responsible for transferring documents and liabilities (If any) to General Manager before 31/10/2011. Besides, Mr. Tuan has responsibilities for engaging in solutions to stagnant matters and related liabilities (If any)

• Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Chief Accountant of PV2 Investment JSC, holds Deputy General Manager from 26/10/2011. Mr. Thang will resign from Chief Accountant from 1/11/2011

• Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thuong, Deputy Head of the General Accounting Department, holds Chief Accountant of the Company from 1/11/2011. PV2Chair of the Board is assigned to issue Decision on this appointment.

Effective date of this Resolution: 24/11/2011.
