VOS: Personnel change
Viet Nam Ocean Shipping JSC (HOSE: VOS) announced a personnel change as follows:
• Mr. Lam Phuc Tu - Deputy CEO replaced Mr. Dang Thanh Quang as Member of the BOD and the representative for the State's capital (10% charter capital), because Mr. Dang Thanh Quang retired as from August 01, 2011
• The appointment of Mr. Lam Phuc Tu to the BOD will be reported in the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
