CMX: Resolution of the BOD
Ca Mau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation (HOSE: CMX) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 15, 2011:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the resignations of members of the Board of Directors: Nguyen Thi Tuyet, Nguyen An Ninh, Ho Van Don, Nguyen Hoang Nam, with a condition that these members have to hold their posts until a shareholders’ meeting is organized
Article 2: The Board of Directors decided to organize an extraordinary meeting of shareholders, and authorized the Directorate to choose an appropriate meeting time and venue
Article 3: The Board of Directors approved the content of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders:
- To dismiss and elect new members to the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors;
- To adopt the withdrawal of listing;
- To adopt an additional issue of stock to the existing shareholders with a ratio of 1:1, at par value (VND10,000/share) to finance the Company’s new plant and material shrimp area
