- The BOD approving the resignation of Mr. Thanh Xuan Thinh from a member of the Board of Directors as from October 18, 2011

- Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh Huong (ID number: 022973445 granted dated September 08, 2010 by police HCMC. Address: 27/13 Huynh Tinh Cua, Ward 8, District 3, HCMC) as a member of the Board of Directors as October 18, 2011

- This resolution is vaild from October 12, 2011.
