FDC: Resolution of the Board of Directors
Foreign Trade Development and Investment Corporation of Hochiminh City (HOSE: FDC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated November 01, 2011:
1. The Board of Directors approved to repurchase all shares from the remaining shareholders of Chon Thanh Industrial Zone Infrastructure Investment Development JSC, with total volume of 3,100 shares (par value: VND10,000/share). With these shares, the total contributed capital of Fideco will be 10,800 shares, worth VND10,800,000,000, accounting for 91.52% of charter capital of Chon Thanh Industrial Zone Infrastructure Investment Development JSC
2. The Board of Directors appointed the following people as Fideco’s representatives in Chon Thanh Industrial Zone Infrastructure Investment Development JSC:
Dr. Tran Bao Toan, the CEO and legal representative of Fideco, represents 5,310 shares, accounting for 45% of charter capital of Chon Thanh Industrial Zone Infrastructure Investment Development JSC
- Mr. Tran Duc Ngu represents 2,894 shares, accounting for 24.52% of charter capital of Chon Thanh Industrial Zone Infrastructure Investment Development JSC
- Mr. Than Trong Viet represents 2,596 shares, accounting for 22% of charter capital of Chon Thanh Industrial Zone Infrastructure Investment Development JSC.
