QCC: Business operational explanation

According to the Financial Statement QIII/2011, profit after tax of QIII/2011 changed more than 10% year on year (-VND56,709,341 and –VND723,661,201 in QIII.2011 and QIII.2010 respectively). Quangnam Post – Telecoms Construction and Services Corporation (HNX: QCC) explained the change in operating result in QIII/2011 as follows:

- Because of the main characteristic of construction and installation field, most settlements will be accounted in Quarter IV. Besides, the economy in general is meeting many difficulties, some constructions have to be delayed and interest expenses have increased

- The Company has carried out the restructuring process to in crease the efficiency of operation and production.
