PVR: Business operational explanation

According to the Financial Statement QIII/2011, profit after tax of QIII/2011 changed over 10% year on year (VND31.791 billion and 13.527 billion in QIII.2011 and QIII.2010 respectively). PetroVietnam Premier Recreation JSC (HNX: PVR) explained the change in operating result in QIII/2011 as follows:

- The Company made use of the idle balances from the seasoned issue to increase charter capital from VND300 billion to VND531 billion for financial investment. Thus, revenue and profit of the Company increased compared to QIII.2010.
