CMC Corporation (HOSE: CMG) explained the fluctuation in profit in Quarter 3/2011 compared to Quarter 3/2010:

As the disbursement for the investment project in telecommunications as well as the payment to the contractor of CMC Building, CMC Corporation’s financial decreased and made the parent company’s profit from July 01, 2011 to September 30, 2011 lower than profit in the same period of last year.
