DCL: Explanation for business result in Q3/2011

Cuu Long Pharmaceutical JSC (HOSE: DCL) explained the fluctuation in profit of the parent company in Q3/2011 compared to Q3/2010 as follows:

• Profit after tax in Q 3/2011of the parent company: VND8,765,186,466

• Profit after tax in Q 3/2010 of the parent company: VND14,730,013,205

Profit after tax of the parent company in Q 3/2011 decreased by VND5,964,826,739 (Equivalent to 40%) compared to profit after tax in Q 3/2010 because the local economy has fluctuated and made interest rates, exchange rates rise, which have increased the Corporation’s input expenses.
