TIX: Explanation for business result in Q4/2011

Tan Binh Import – Export JSC (HOSE: TIX) explained fluctuation in business result in Q 4/2011 compared to the same period last year:

• Profit after tax in Q 4/2011: VND8,878,090,534

• Profit after tax in Q 4/2010: VND18,746,677,525

• Profit in Q 1/2011 decreased 52.64% from Q 4/2010.

• Reason:

In Q 4/2011, total revenue increased by VND26.97 billion (14.5%) the comparable period in the prior year. Total expenses increased VND40.51 billion (25.22%) the comparable period in the prior year.
