According to Resolution No.03/PN-NQ.DHCDBT dated 09/28/2011 by the General Meeting of Shareholders and Minutes No.14/2011-BBHHDQT dated 09/30/2011 by the Board of Directors, Phuong Nam Securities Corporation (HOSE: PNS) announced as follows:

• Mr. Tram Khai Hoa was elected Member of the Board of Directors

• Mr. Tram Khai Hoa was elected to replace Mr. Tran Phat Minh as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
