Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity JSC (HOSE: SEC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

- The BOD approving resignation of Mr. Luong Dinh Quang from BOD Chairman cum a member of the Board of Directors of Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity JSC from September 28, 2011

- Appointing Mr. Thia Van Chuyen as a member of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Luong Dinh Quang and appointing Mr. Thai Van Chuyen as Deputy Chairman of BOD as September 28, 2011

- Appointing Mr. Phung Nguyen Au De – Deputy Chairman of BOD as BOD Chairman of Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity JSC as from September 28, 2011
