Sieu Thanh JSC (HOSE: ST8) has announced personnel change as follows:

• Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Dong Phuong from Chief Accountant from October 01, 2011

• Appointing Ms. Dinh Thi Hong Van – Chief Accountant to replace Mr. Nguyen Dong Phuong as October 01, 2011

• Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nhu will be authorized disclosure staff of Sieu Thanh JSC to replace Mr. Nguyen Dong Phuong as from October 01, 2011

• The appointment will be submitted to the shareholders’ meeting to approve.
