ATA: Dividend payment in cash & in stock
NTACO Co. (HOSE: ATA) announces the record date to pay dividend in stock for 2010:
- Stock symbol: ATA
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: November 14, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 14 & 15, 2011, sellers will not receive rights)
- Record date: November 16, 2011
* The dividend payment 2010 in cash:
- Exercise ratio: 5%(VND500/share)
- Payment date: December 22, 2011
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: New shares will be transferred to shareholders’ accounts in securities firms.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will receive dividend at NTACO Co.
* The dividend payment 2010 in stock:
- Exercise ratio: 10:2 (The one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 2 new shares as dividend). The volume will be rounded to units. The odd shares will be cancelled
For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 1,234 shares, the calculation will be: 1m234 shares x 20% = 246.80 shares. After rounding down, the number of dividend he receives will be 246 shares
