SBT: Resolution on dividend payment
Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh (HOSE: SBT) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:
The Board of Directors approved the dividend payment of 2011:
• Payment ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share)
• Payment time: December 2011
• Capital: Undistributed profit until September 30, 2011
This resolution takes effect from October 26, 2011.
