Bien Hoa Sugar JSC (HOSE: BHS) announces the record date to close shareholder list:
- Stock symbol: BHS
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: November 09, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 09 & 10, 2011, sellers will not receive rights)
- Record date: November 11, 2011
- Purpose: To pay the first dividend installment of 2011 in cash, issue bonus shares to the existing shareholders

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/share)
- Payment date: November 30, 2011

* Issuing bonus shares to the existing shareholders
- Expected issue volume: Expected 11,468,380 shares
- Exercise ratio: 61.88% (A shareholder owning 10,000 old shares will get 6,188 new share). – The bonus share volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (If any) will be cancelled
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 5,720 shares, the calculation will be: 5,720 x 61.88% =3,539.53 shares. Therefore, he will receive 3,539 shares and 0.53 share will be cancelled
