On October 22, 2011, the Board of Directors of Bien Hoa Sugar JSC (HOSE: BJS) adopted a decision on issuing bonus shares and to paying an advance dividend for the year 2011:
Record date for the shareholders list: November 11, 2011:
+ Issuing bonus shares according the Resolution of the 2011 shareholders meeting.
+ Paying an advance dividend for the year 2011 in cash with Exercise ratio 20%. Payment date: November 30, 2011.
- The additional issue shares will be the listing on HOSE expected the end of year 2011.
- This is valid from as October 22, 2011.
