ABT: Resolution on the third dividend payment of 2011
On October 15, 2011, the Board of Directors of BenTre Aquaproduct Import and Export JSC (HOSE: ABT) held a meeting and was unanimous:
• To approve the financial statements in Quarter 3/2011 and business plan of the Company in Quarter 4/2011
• To pay the third dividend of 2011 in advance
• Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (VND1,500/share)
• Payment date: In November 2011.
