SHI: Resolution of the 2010 extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Son Ha International Corporation (HoSE: SHI) has announces resolution of the 2010 extraordinary shareholders’ meeting as follows:

Article 1: Appointing Mr. Le Hoang Ha to the CEO

Article 2: Approving foundation of a subsidiary in investment, construction and services.

Article 3: Approving supplement of Son Ha International Corporation's business.

Article 4: Approving discharge and replacement of members in the Supervisory Board.

* Discharging Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Dung and Mr. Hoang Manh Tan from members in the Supervisory Board.

* Appointing Mr. Nguyen Huy Thuong and Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh to replace them.

Article 5: The resolution is valid as from September 11, 2010.
