On September 15, 2010, the Board of Directors of VietNam Joint Stock Commercial Bank and Trade (HoSE: CTG) approved to set up VietinBank Gold and Jewellery Trading Company Ltd. is from September 15, 2010:

* Full name in Vietnamese: Công ty Trách nhiệm Hữu hạn Một thành viên Vàng bạc Đá quý Ngân hàng TMCP Công thương Việt Nam.

* Full name in English: VietinBank Gold and Jewellery Trading Company Ltd.

* Abbreviated name in Vietnamese: Công ty Vàng bạc Đá quý VietinBank

* Abbreviated name in English: VietinGold Comapny.

2. Head office: 34 Cua Nam, Cua Nam Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi City.

3. Charter capital: VND300 billion.

4. Operating time: Based on the remaining time of VietNam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade.

This decision takes effect from September 15, 2010.
