7. Reasons: Dividend payment in cash of 2010 (Third round)
- Exercise rate: 10%/share (Shareholders receive VND 1,000 for each share they own)
- Exercise date: 18/10/2011
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: Import Export Joint Stock Company Ha Nam - address: Chau Son industrial zone, Phu Ly town, Ha Nam province on working days from18/10/2011. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
