Song Da Assembly Construction & Investment JSC (HOSE: SDD) announces the Board Resolution approved on 14/09/2011 as follows:
Bonus shares issue for outstanding shareholders:
- Name of the issuer: Song Da Assembly Construction & Investment JSC
- Stock code: common
- Stock type: Common stock.
- Par value: VND 10,000.
- Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right
- Exercise rate: 100:3 (Shareholders receive 03 bonus share for every 100 rights they own.)
- Volume of issue shares: 466,264 shares (Except 351 treasury shares)
- Value of issue shares: VND 4,662,640,000
- Resource: Capital surplus
- Expected time: QIV/2011
- Subjects of the issue: Shareholders on the record list
- Rules:
+ Treasury shares have not rights for bonus issue;
+ The shares with transfer restriction or transfer limit could have bonus shares
+ Bonus shares are no transfer restriction
+ After the issue, total volume of bonus shares will be additional listing
+ The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit. The odd shares will be discard.
